Summary
The Industrial Automation & Controls Manager will leadand scale a high-growth automation business backed by an immediate backlog. Theorganization is evolving from a specialized installation partner into afull-stack Industrial Systems Integrator delivering PLC, SCADA, and BASsolutions. This a high-visibility, build-and-lead role for a commerciallydriven leader with deep market relationships, someone who can open doors, winwork quickly, and architect a scalable, high-margin professional servicesoperation.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Leveragean established rolodex of industrial relationships to secure newcontracts immediately. Drive new business across Houston and the broaderTexas industrial market. Help expand existing accounts and developlong-term strategic customer relationships
2. Operational & Area Leadership: Overseeexecution of a $6M San Antonio project, ensuring schedule, margin, and clientsatisfaction. Build and execute a roadmap to expand internal engineering,programming, and systems integration capabilities. Own area-level performancewith accountability for revenue, margin, and growth
3. Strategic Development: Lead thetransition into a full-service industrial automation and controls platform.
Identify and strengthen strategic partnerships with end users, EPCs, andtechnology providers. Establish scalable processes to support sustainable growth.
4. Building & Talent Development: Recruit,lead, and mentor a specialized team of controls technicians, programmers, andfield engineers. Build a high-performance culture centered on safety, executionexcellence, and client delivery
Position Requirements
· Position requires extended hours, which willvary depending on job and site requirements. Each job will require specifichours of operation.

Skills and Qualifications
· Market Presence
· 10+ years of experience in Houston/Texasindustrial automation
· Proven ability to bring in work quickly throughexisting client and partner relationships
· Technical Expertise
· Deep hands-on experience in PLC and/or SCADAenvironments
· Direct exposure to data centers,mission-critical facilities, or similar high-reliability environments
· Strong understanding of industrial controlssystems, integration, and project execution
· Business & Leadership Acumen
· Experience leading a business unit, area, orP&L
· Strong commercial mindset with a focus onhigh-margin professional services
· Ability to balance strategic leadership withhands-on execution
Compensation & Benefits
