The Project Coordinatorplays a critical role in supporting project execution by providingadministrative and coordination support to project teams. EssentialDuties and Responsibilities
· Project Coordination: Support Project Managers and field teams with day-to-day projectcoordination, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables aremaintained.
· Scheduling & Communication: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating projectactivities, and maintaining communication between PMs, field personnel,vendors, and clients.
· Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project files, including contracts,submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
· Purchase Orders & Billing Support: Assist with creation and tracking of purchase orders,invoices, and billing documentation to support project financials.
· DataEntry & Reporting: Enter and manage project data within internal systems,ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
· Closeout Support: Assist with project closeouts by compiling documentation, warranties,manuals, and final reports.
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including filing,scanning, and document preparation.
· Vendor & Client Interaction: Communicate with vendors and customers to support projectneeds and ensure timely delivery of materials and information.
· Problem Solving: Assist in resolving administrative or coordination issues to keepprojects moving forward.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operationalefficiency and project success.
· Other Duties:As assigned by leadership
Position Requirements
· Standardwork week: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
· Mayneed to work weekends if business needs require
· Regularattendance is a necessary and essential function
· Positionrequires extended hours when business need requires.
Physical & Cognitive Requirements
· Able to lift up to 20lbs. occasionally
· Must be able to traverse in all weather conditionsand work in extreme temperatures
· Position requires the ability to stand, squat, &reach
· Must be able to stand and walk continuously throughshift
· Activities like typing and using a computer mouse caninvolve repetitive motions
· Crouch, kneel, bend, or stand for long periods oftime
· Must be able to sit at a desk for 8 plus hours perday
Skillsand Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree or coursework preferred
- 1–3+ years of administrative or project support experience
- Construction, electrical, or low voltage experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Compensation & Benefits
Commensurate withexperience, paid weekly. The Company reserves the right to adjust rangesdepending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
